Five coaches,
one mat.
Every Tenmile coach still trains, competes or corners fighters. They teach the way they were taught at their best: patiently, technically and with a lot of respect for the tap.

Hard training, kind rooms.
Technique before toughness
We explain why a move works, so you can fix it yourself instead of muscling through it.
Every body belongs on the mat
No ego and no weigh-ins outside the fight team. Partners are matched by size and experience.
Tap early, tap often
Nobody gets hurt to prove a point. Coaches stop any round that gets sloppy, from the kids mat to the fight team.
