This policy explains what information Tenmile Martial Arts collects when you visit this website, book a free class, sign up as a member or contact the academy, and how we use it.

What we collect

Details you send through the free class form: student name and age, program, experience, preferred day, parent or guardian name, email and phone
Membership and billing details you give the front desk in person or by email
Basic, anonymous website analytics such as pages visited and device type

How we use it

We use your details to schedule classes, send confirmations, manage memberships and share academy news such as promotion dates. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we never use it for third-party advertising.

Children’s information

Many of our karate students are under 13. We only collect a child’s first and last name and age, always through a parent or guardian, and only to place them in the right class. Parents can ask us to review or delete this information at any time.

Photos and video

We photograph classes and promotions only with the photo consent chosen at sign-up. You can change your choice at the front desk, and we will remove any image you ask us to.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from academy emails with the link in any message, or ask us to update or delete your details by email.
