Most members take one free class before they sign up. Here is exactly how that hour goes, from the front desk to the bow at the end.

Pick a class
Find your age on the schedule, or tell us on the form and Shea will suggest one. Most adults start in Fundamentals, most kids in Kids Karate.

Come fifteen minutes early
Wear athletic clothes with no zippers. We lend you a clean gi or gloves and shin guards, and parents can watch from the bench beside the mat.

Stay if it clicks
Kids memberships start at $139 a month, adults at $189. Join the same week as your free class and we waive the $49 enrollment fee.

What should I wear to my first class?
Athletic clothes without zippers or pockets, and bring water. For jiu-jitsu we lend you a clean gi; for Muay Thai we have loaner gloves and shin guards. Kids wear a T-shirt and sweatpants until their uniform arrives.
